The Ohio Valley Medical Center is a physician-owned surgical hospital located in Springfield, Ohio. Pioneering a unique model for delivering outpatient and short-stay surgical care in the region, Ohio Valley focuses on creating exceptional patient experiences that emphasize quality treatment, personal comfort, and individualized attention as pathways to faster recoveries and improved quality of life.
Relatively new to the region, Ohio Valley asked Hafenbrack Marketing & Public Relations to create a brand identity and marketing program that would resonate with potential patients and differentiate the facility from other surgical care providers in Southwest and Central Ohio.
Following extensive research and some close collaboration with the Ohio Valley team, Hafenbrack developed a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy that its award-winning design team used to create an engaging advertising campaign that included print, outdoor, and radio ads, as well as TV commercials. In addition, Hafenbrack supported Ohio Valley by crafting informative patient brochures, writing news releases, and refreshing the hospital's website— making it more user-friendly with intuitive navigation, expanded patient resources, and a more aesthetically pleasing design.
