It takes an insightful touch with a practiced hand to successfully communicate to consumers in the death-care industry. Yet the National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA) didn't have to look long to find an agency that had the perfect amount of experience to develop an effective campaign. The NFDA would tap Hafenbrack Marketing & Public Relations to create a new marketing strategy and program for it's national convention and expo held in Orlando, Florida in fall 2008. Hafenbrack provided a rich history of quality brand building that fit well within this complex arena. Their strategy would bring renewed energy to the convention and result in an expo floor design that highlighted industry innovations and provided a forum for lively fellowship among members.
