Hafenbrack Recognized at Annual PRism Awards

DAYTON, OH (April 17, 2009) - Hafenbrack Marketing received five awards at the 2009 Public Relations Society of America - Dayton Chapter PRism Awards. The PRism Awards recognize the creativity, planning and enthusiasm that go into implementing exceptional public relations initiatives.

The ADDY Awards is industry's largest competition, with a mission to recognize and reward creative excellence in the art of advertising. Conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation (AAF), the local level is the first tier in a national competition. The next level places local winners in one of 14 District competitions. Those winners will make it to the third and final tier, the national ADDY Awards competition.

Winners were selected in the categories of community relations, public service, media relations, investor relations, special events and observances, internal communications, marketing communications, crisis communications, websites/electronic media/social media and writing. A panel of public relations professionals from the PRSA San Antonio chapter offered their critique of the entries for programs completed in 2008 on the basis of research, planning, execution, results and support materials.

Hafenbrack's entries were among over 20 winners at an event held at the Benjamin and Marian Schuster Performing Arts Center on April 16th.
