Hafenbrack Marketing & Public Relations Hosts Another Successful Event

DAYTON, Ohio - Hafenbrack Marketing & Public Relations recently turned their Downtown Dayton office into a reception center Friday evening and played host to clients, vendors, friends and family at a basketball-themed client appreciation event.

The event, tailored around the March Madness NCAA Tournament, featured Hafenbrack University's take on tournaments past and present. There was a pop-a-shot game, food, college basketball playing on TV and plenty of Hafenbrack team spirit as the region's premier marketing solutions company handed out their own foam fingers.

Local agency brings aboard a new Director of IT Client Services

DAYTON, OH (February 2008) - A new addition to the Hafenbrack Marketing & Public Relations team, Beverly Cummings now serves as the agency's Director of IT Client Services. Utilizing four years of experience designing and creating Web sites for the clientele of a Cincinnati-based Web development agency, Ms. Cummings will provide web strategy and management customized to meet the needs of Hafenbrack's diversified clientele. Working closely with Hafenbrack's account management team, she will lead technology projects and initiatives.

Hafenbrack Expands Creative Abilities

Local agency hires new senior designer

DAYTON, OH (January, 2008) - Hafenbrack Marketing is pleased to announce the addition of Stephen Rumbaugh as Senior Designer. In this role, Mr. Rumbaugh is responsible for conceptualizing and providing design direction for several of Hafenbrack's consumer brands and business-to-business clients.

Mr. Rumbaugh brings to the agency and its clients fifteen years of experience as a graphic design professional, working with local and national accounts. Prior to joining Hafenbrack Marketing, Mr. Rumbaugh worked as the Senior Art Director at a local agency, and as an instructor at the School of Advertising Art where he also served on the organization's marketing team. He also operated a small, full-service design studio, The Propaganda Mill, in Yellow Springs.

Hafenbrack Promotes Vice President

DAYTON, Ohio - August 15, 2007 - Hafenbrack Marketing & Public Relations, one of the region's most successful marketing companies, announced today the promotion of Alex Loehrer to vice president of client services. In this newly created position, he will focus on accelerating agency growth by delivering its full set of services.

With the agency since 2004, Loehrer will oversee all key aspects of operations including the sales, account service and creative and financial areas of the business. Most recently, Loehrer served as director for client services for the agency. He joined the Hafenbrack senior management team a little more than a year ago.

Agency hosts client appreciation event

DAYTON, Ohio (July 30, 2007) - On July 12, Hafenbrack played host to its clients with a baseball-themed event to thank them for their business. With about 100 people in attendance, the agency provided ballpark snacks from Hearts Hot Dogs, nachos, popcorn, peanuts and Cracker Jacks!

Attendees were treated to an outdoors event on the second floor patio of the historic Kuhns Building. In addition to a fun evening of networking and interaction with the entire Hafenbrack team, everyone enjoyed a replay of the Cincinnati Reds incredible World Series win against the Boston Red Sox in 1975. ... Agency lands new contract with Ali Industries of Fairborn

DAYTON, Ohio (June 21, 2007) - Hafenbrack Marketing has been selected to help redefine the Ali Industries' Gator brand of products.

Located in Fairborn, Ohio, Ali Industries has been in business since 1961. During the 1970's, the company brought its sandpaper and abrasive sanding tools to the "Do It Yourself" (DIY) and commercial markets under the Ali GatorGritTM brand name and eventually began private label brands for co-op hardware stores.

Hafenbrack Marketing moved its corporate headquarters to downtown Dayton on January 1, 2007. "The revitalization of downtown Dayton is exciting and affords our company the progressive environment that aligns with our and our client's goals and objectives", states Dave Hafenbrack. Bob and Nancy Shiffler have done a remarkable job in restoring the historical Kuhns building at the corner of Main and Fourth and we are excited to be a part of this effort. Hafenbrack will occupy the fourth and fifth floors of the building that also provides a home for the Better Business Bureau, the Aids Resources Center and the IT offices of the Five Rivers Metro Parks. Hafenbrack To Develop A Campaign For Safe Schools

Hafenbrack Marketing is developing a public relations campaign to promote the Springfield City Schools District Safe Schools/Healthy Students initiative.In 2005, Springfield City Schools received a grant from the federal Safe Schools/ Healthy Students program to support the school's regional effort to provide a safe environment in which students can learn. The district had already developed its positive behavioral support campaign, which included a multitude of programs aimed at creating a safe and healthy atmosphere and encouraging positive behavior in students. The additional funding has ensured that these programs have the financial stability to continue. "Springfield City Schools is taking a proactive step in providing the best atmosphere for their students," said Baker. "Hafenbrack is developing a strategic PR campaign to help the district in gaining additional support from parents, faculty and community leaders. Hafenbrak Promotes Traffic Control Manager

On June 22, 2006, Hafenbrack Marketing, one of the region's most successful marketing companies, announced today the promotion of Chris Fry to traffic control manager. In this newly created position, he will focus on accelerating agency growth by delivering its full set of services.

With the agency since 2000, Fry will oversee all key aspects of production operations including assigning designers to jobs, managing creative deadlines, reporting status to clients and overseeing outside vendor support. Most recently, Fry served as a production artist for the agency. He has been providing design work for key accounts including Comfort Keepers, Grand Lake Hospital and Domin-8 Enterrprise Solutions.
